Explore Life Beneath the Waves

At Pacific Oceanariums, we’re passionate about giving communities world-class opportunities to connect with and enjoy our oceans, learn about marine conservation, engage with scientific research projects and support wild animal rescue and rehabilitation.

Redefining Marine Experiences for the Next Generation

At Pacific Oceanariums we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to experience and connect with our Ocean, no matter their age or where they live. With specialist expertise in public aquarium design, construction and operations worldwide, we propose to bring the magic of world class oceanariums to communities across Australia and Overseas. Offering vibrant employment, tourism and education hubs. Our Oceanic experiences will instil hope and respect for the only ocean we have. Engaging the next generation in marine conservation through spectacular oceanarium facilities and learning experiences.

Our marine life edutainment centres are architecturally designed with reference to their locality. We continually allow people to reconnect with nature by ensuring each structure architecturally showcases and reflects the local and surrounding environment and historical landscapes.

BOOSTING REGIONAL TOURISM

Our Oceanariums provide the opportunity to view and interact with the rich and diverse marine environment in an accessible location. Pacific Oceanariums offers a diversified tourism product mix that includes an all-weather, all-age and ability attraction to engage and interact. A world class tourist destination for new and repeat visitors.

STRENGTHENING

LOCAL ECONOMIES

Our charter will create diversity of economic activity. Direct, indirect and induced economic benefits will flow from the initial investment at each location, plus visitor spending and the Oceanariums ongoing operations. Economic prosperity will be achieved through employment, local supply chain support, infrastructure investment, improved liveability and conservation and cultural activities.

SOCIAL BENEFITS

Pacific Oceanariums aim to provide ongoing social benefits to the community through marine conservation and rehabilitation activities and education. The facilities at Pacific Oceanariums will be used in conjunction with major universities and research institutes to support ongoing education and research programs in marine ecology. All available for the public to see

RESCUE

Our aim is to construct nearby water to support rescue missions. Allowing prompt rescue, treatment, rehabilitation and release.

CONSERVATION

Our objective is to collaborate with research and establish breeding programs in each of our Oceanariums to better understand local species and to rejuvenate endangered wildlife and ecosystems at risk.

Our unique combination of exhibits and edutainment experiences will inspire our customers to contribute to conservation efforts long past their visit.

EDUCATION

‘Fostering a closer bond with the Ocean’

Pacific Oceanariums propose to be an education campus focused on ocean literacy. Ocean literacy is a fundamental means to enhance ocean knowledge, build connections and support and encourage visitors and stakeholders to act in a positive way for our Ocean.

SCHOOLS PROGRAM

Breathtaking exhibits provide the perfect environment for engaging animal encounters and applied curriculum learning. With a view to enhance primary and secondary school provision of education we have commenced engagement with major universities and research institutes to offer inquiry based learning that aligns with the Australian Curriculum (F-10) and other relevant state bodies for the senior years.

Oceanic experiences lead to connection and action. The inception of an ACNC registered non for-profit Marine Life Foundation will initiate, reinforce and extend the work of Pacific Oceanariums. Protecting the marine environment and the future of our oceans by putting people and a action-oriented approach at the heart of its mission.
